Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair machining centers and lathes
- Troubleshoot and repair all hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical printouts and operation sheets
- Develop exceptional safety record and promotes good safety practices
- Ability to accurately perform mathematical computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, also basic knowledge of percentages and decimals as related to manufacturing
- Maintain records on work projects completed; prepare written reports related to work assignments; document actions and present written progress reports
- Interface with all departments and levels of management
Education and/or Experience:
- Ability to diagnose complex hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Electrical knowledge of 120, 220 volt AC single phase, 480 volt 3 phase, 5, 12, 24 volt DC
- CNC machine maintenance: Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining
- High school diploma or equivalent
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully the following computer proficiencies are desired: Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
