The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw business data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across our Organic Care product lines. This role involves analyzing sales trends, supply chain performance, marketing effectiveness, sustainability metrics, and customer behavior to help the company improve operational efficiency and advance its mission of delivering natural, eco-friendly products.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data from sales, marketing, operations, e-commerce, and supply chain systems.Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and automated reports to track business performance.Provide insights on product demand, customer segments, retail performance, and sustainability metrics.Evaluate trends in organic product categories, pricing, inventory turnover, and promotional effectiveness.Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance) to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely analysis.Support forecasting efforts, including demand planning for organic raw materials and finished goods.Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries for leadership.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.Contribute to improvements in data collection, data governance, and business intelligence systems.Assist in implementing new reporting tools and optimizing existing tools for efficiency.Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that support business growth, sustainability goals, and operational improvements.Identify opportunities to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and improve the lifecycle sustainability of products.Present insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling format.Qualifications1 years of experience in business reporting, analytics, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL (or similar querying language).Experience interpreting data and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Experience in FMCG, beauty/wellness, natural foods, or organic consumer products.Understanding of sustainability reporting metrics (e.g., waste reduction, carbon footprint, ethical sourcing).Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.).Knowledge of e-commerce analytics (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar).
