Apartment Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Are you a handyman, maintenance technician, or property maintenance professional We are seeking a Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain two apartment communities in Sutton, and Cowen, WV.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance service requests and repairs
- Perform apartment maintenance and make-ready work for vacant units
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems
- Assist with property upkeep, grounds maintenance, and light janitorial work
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed
- Monitor and maintain building systems and equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as scheduled
- Maintain inventory of tools and maintenance supplies
- Assist with special property maintenance projects
- Keep dumpster areas, curb lines, and property grounds clean
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the Property Manager
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance technician, handyman, property maintenance, or apartment maintenance
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or general repairs
- Ability to lift 50–100 pounds occasionally
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
- Comfortable carrying a cell phone for on-call maintenance
