We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Molding Operators to join our team. The Molding Operator is responsible for operating molding equipment, monitoring production, inspecting finished products, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate molding machines and related production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Monitor machines during production and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for defects, proper appearance, and quality.
- Trim, clean, or perform minor finishing work on molded products.
- Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Record production information and report equipment or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, molding, or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
