Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support production team members during daily operations
- Help coordinate workflow and ensure production goals are met
- Monitor quality, productivity, attendance, and safety
- Provide direction and support to employees
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Help address employee and production concerns
- Communicate production updates and concerns to management
- Follow and enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Previous leadership, supervisory, manufacturing, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
