Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, and public spaces using established protocols.
• Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe.
• Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks to promote a secure environment for yourself and others.
• Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste disposal, window cleaning, and detailed surface sanitation.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are maintained consistently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques enhances your effectiveness in this role.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is beneficial.
