Currently, we can only accept applicants located in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and WisconsinAbout the RoleATTOM is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager/Director to help shape, operationalize, and scale our revenue operations. This is a high-impact role combining deep analysis with hands-on execution.You will collaborate closely with functional executives across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Support, Product, and Finance to inform and shape revenue operations strategy. This role plays a critical role in influencing strategy and putting it into practice by delivering actionable insights, recommending process and go-to-market improvements, and implementing those recommendations across systems and workflows.What you will do:Analyze, Diagnose & RecommendAnalyze pipeline health, deal velocity, win rates, and sales cycle performanceConduct win / loss analysis to identify drivers of success, failure, and deal slippageAnalyze products & pricing across data, and solutions that are selling—and those that are notEvaluate performance by industry, ICP, use case, deal size, and contract structureIdentify revenue bottlenecks and growth opportunities across demand generation, sales, renewals, and expansion. Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to revenue and executive leadershipICP, Industry & Use Case Strategy SupportAnalyze and make recommendations on: Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), industry vertical performance, and core and emerging use casesPartner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to refine: target accounts and segments, messaging and positioning, and product and data packaging strategiesSupport data-driven decisions on where to focus GTM investmentOperationalize & ImplementTranslate insights and recommendations into implemented processes, including:Pipeline stage definitions and exit criteriaForecasting and deal review cadencesLead, account, and opportunity scoring modelsBuild and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflowsIdentify tech stack opportunities and integrationHelp drive adoption of new processes across revenue teamsForecasting & PlanningSupport revenue forecasting (commit, best case, upside)Perform forecast vs. actual analysis and identify drivers of varianceSupport quarterly and annual planning with scenario modeling and insightsPartner with Finance to align pipeline, bookings, and revenue expectationsCross-Functional Executive PartnershipPartner closely with executive stakeholders across: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support / Success, Product, and FinanceAlign metrics, definitions, and reporting across teamsSupport executive pipeline reviews, QBRs, and operating cadenceDeal, Pricing & Growth InsightsAnalyze pricing, discounting, and deal structuresSupport deal desk processes and pricing governanceIdentify expansion, cross-sell, and churn-risk indicatorsSupport land-and-expand strategies across data, analytics, and AI productsWhat we’re looking for:Required5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or AnalyticsStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into executionHands-on expert-level experience with Salesforce (architecture, reporting, dashboards, workflows)Experience partnering cross-functionally with senior and executive stakeholdersAbility to design, document, and implement operational processesClear, confident communicator who can influence without direct authorityPreferredExperience in B2B SaaS, data licensing, analytics, or platform businessesFamiliarity with long, complex enterprise sales cyclesExperience with win/loss analysis, ICP modeling, and segmentationExposure to MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologiesExperience working closely with Finance on revenue planning and forecastingWhat we offerBase pay range 130,000 – 150,0000 annually plus commission (Final salary offered may vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience)Flexible work scheduleFlexible time off policy Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceEmployer-paid benefitsEmployer-sponsored EAP (Employee Assistance Program)Traditional 401(k) and Roth retirement plans with discretionary company match Pet insuranceEmployee referral bonusCo-working/office membership through RegusATTOM Data Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer/W/M/Dis.
