VP of AI Solutions Delivery (B2B/AI/Deployment)

VP of AI Solutions Delivery - Can be based in NYC, Boston or LA, OTE circa 350K (250K base 100K variable)

We are looking for a VP of AI Solutions Delivery for a highly successful and fast-growth scaleup with an international presence in the AI SaaS space. This is a new venture within the company and we are looking for a senior leader to build and run it end to end. This is a VP level role with a small number of direct reports to begin with but with the view to scale it out with your choice of hires. You will own both the commercial growth and successful delivery of AI deployments for enterprise customers.

As the VP of AI Solutions Delivery you will define the vision, strategy and operating model and processes. It's equal parts technical and commercial and whilst you do not have to be hands on, we are looking for someone who has been within a technical division of a consultancy or a startup/scaleup in the tech space so you have a strong tech aptitude and AI fluency. You will own revenue for the AI deployment offering and partner closely with tech and sales on deal strategy and closing. Ideally you will have strong experience with a background in running a P&L and have come from a software background, comfortable operating with a complex SaaS product.

Skills:

• 12 years experience with significant leadership experience - led AI deployment, forward deployed engineering, professional services or solutions teams
• Strong level of technical and commercial fluency (understanding of AI/SaaS)
• Comfortable owning revenue targets and building pipeline
• Leadership & scaling mindset - can build a high performing cross functional team
• Shape packaging, pricing and positioning of the team for enterprise customers
• Division vision and strategy
