At Attica Motorsports, the Midwest’s leading off-road powersports dealership, we’re looking for a Customer Greeter / Admin Associate who’s excited to be part of a high-energy team and help every customer feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.
This front-line role is perfect for someone who’s organized, outgoing, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll support our sales team, assist guests, and help keep our showroom looking its best.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Assist the sales team with customer flow and communication
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide accurate information
- Organize and maintain the appearance of the showroom
- Provide answers to common customer questions or help direct them to the right team member
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and professional environment
- Support dealership events and other team activities as needed
- Assist / Monitor Customer Leads on the CRM
- Make Outboard call to follow-up on Customer Satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive and professional communication skills
- A customer-first mindset and team-player attitude
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field preferred
- Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
- Able to be on your feet and assist with light physical tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
