What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube/Routine Maintenance Technician - Powersports Dealership position at Attica Motorsports?
Are you ready to make your passion your career? Attica Motorsports is a state of the art, climate controlled shop that is looking to hire technicians for our service department! This job will be responsible for minor repairs, assembly, and routine maintenance on off road machines. We’re looking for highly motivated technicians who take pride in his or her work, and have a willingness to learn. The work week at Attica Motorsports is generally Tuesday through Saturday with opportunities for overtime.
Duties and Responsibilities Include
- Minor repairs to ATVs, UTV / Side by Sides, Dirt & Street Bikes
- Perform basic routine maintenance on off road vehicles
- Test drive machines after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist
- Perform vehicle wellness checks
- File appropriate documentation on each repair
- Follow all safety and operational protocol
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Include
- Basic knowledge of off road machines. Schooling is a plus, but not mandatory
- A great attitude
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, grasp with hands, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs
- A strong passion for powersports is desirable
- Work efficiently independently, or as part of a team in a fast pace environment
- Tools needed. Attica Motorsports has a tool assistance program

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
