You’ll be the expert who diagnoses, repairs, and prevents failures across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power domains—often on the first visit. How you’ll make an impact Restore performance fast: Observe live operation to determine root causes, disassemble to access faults, calibrate and adjust control instruments, and repair or replace defective parts.Prevent problems before they start: Execute preventive maintenance programs to industry standards, coordinating closely with customer maintenance teams.Master the controls layer: Navigate industrial control systems to troubleshoot and analyze complex equipment issues, resolving problems methodically.Fabricate what you need: Set up and operate machining tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) and perform welding to make or repair parts when required.Operate with integrity and rigor: Follow customer contractor codes of conduct, safety procedures, and housekeeping expectations; document every action in service reports and management systems.Grow continuously: Pursue on‑the‑job training and self‑study to expand your technical range.
