Key Responsibilities Travel to manufacturing facilities across the U.S. to perform on-site installations and integrations of automation systems. Mechanically and electrically assemble, install, and commission industrial automation equipment. Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for automated systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful system deployment. Document service activities, installation procedures, and customer interactions. Train customer personnel on system operation and basic maintenance. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all site visits. Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field is preferred; High School diploma or equivalent is required Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and industrial control systems. Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex automation systems. Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% of the time. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Skills 2 years of experience in field service, automation integration, or industrial equipment installation. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams. Exposure to and interest in robotic & vision systems Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, etc.).
