- Oversee office supply orders, vendor communication, and general office maintenance.
- Support attorneys and staff with filing, document preparation, and administrative projects.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and confidential correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and office area.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of Office Manager / Receptionist experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor, polished presentation, and client-service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable team player.
- Previous experience supporting legal teams or attorneys.
- Familiarity with document management or legal correspondence.
- High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
