- Starting at $42/hour
- Full Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
- $3,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time!
- Part Time: 1st Shift
- $1,500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time!
- Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift (RN ONLY)
- 8-Hour Shifts
- 65-Bed Facility
- MUST be licensed in Wisconsin

What You’ll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
- Current RN or LPN License – Wisconsin
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Passion for improving the lives of residents
