What You’ll Do
- Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor
- Follow all dietary procedures and sanitary regulations
- Ensure meals are prepared safely, accurately, and on time
- Support a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
- Cooking experience for a sizable group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred
- Ability to adjust and quantify recipes to meet facility needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
