What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules, including managing call-offs and coverage
- Prepare and update daily staffing sheets to ensure proper coverage
- Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety
- Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Accurately complete required documentation and record-keeping, including vitals
- Uphold resident dignity and immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
- Support teamwork between nursing staff and leadership to maintain smooth operations
- Completed CNA course and active state certification/license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
- Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
