What You’ll Do
- Clean resident rooms under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas
- Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents
- Follow established cleaning, safety, and infection control procedures
- Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care or large facility setting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to relate positively and respectfully with residents and families
- Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
