What You’ll Do
- Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
- Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
- Understand and practice infection control procedures
- Comply with documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals
- Report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
- Administer medications in accordance with your certification and training
- Current CNA/STNA license
- Completed Medication Aide course and successfully passed test
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent attendance
