As a Business Office Assistant (BOA), you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, team member onboarding, and administrative functions that keep the center running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Support the hiring and onboarding process, including candidate orientation, drug screenings, background checks, and payroll setup
- Assist the Business Office Manager with daily operations, priorities, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate filing systems and organize important records and documentation
- Answer phones, relay messages, and provide professional front-office support
- Assist with managing office supplies, records, and basic budget tracking
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all facility and employee information
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and team members
- Office or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with computers, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment
- Customer service experience with a professional and friendly approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
