What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living community
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff to ensure strong communication and satisfaction
- Coordinate resident scheduling, assignments, and departmental staffing needs
- Manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care
- Coordinate admissions with the Administrator or designee, including move-ins and transition planning
- Conduct family and resident admission interviews to assess needs and expectations
- Ensure resident services and care plans are implemented promptly and effectively
- Arrange transportation services based on resident requests and needs
- Promote a positive, engaging, and resident-centered living environment
- Support team development, accountability, and high service standards
- Certified or non-certified nurse background accepted
- Previous assisted living, healthcare, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Compassionate, service-focused leadership style
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
