Activity Director (CTRS Required)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs tailored to resident needs
• Facilitate individual and group activities across varied functional levels
• Complete assessments, care plans, progress notes, and MDS documentation
• Coordinate special events, community outings, and volunteer involvement
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company standards
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members and families
• Ensure spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs are maintained in a group and Individual basis
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CTRS, MMT, or AT
• Must have RAC and be in good standing, if not a CTRS, MMT, or AT
• 1 year of experience working in the Activities Department in a Healthcare Setting
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
