Job Description for RN/ LPN
- 12 hour shifts
- PRN
- 87 Bed Facility registered nurse
- RN/ LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
Qualifications for RN/ LPN
- A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
- Current Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License d nurse
- Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
- Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
- Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
