Responsibilities
- Perform material movements both physically and within ERP systems
- Generate and process work orders using the ERP system
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain a neat, safe, and compliant work environment
- Assist with coordination and flow of products through manufacturing and assembly
- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Handle chemicals safely with proper training (e.g., isopropyl alcohol, sulfuric acid)
- Support company initiatives related to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, and operating procedures
- Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers
- Work overtime as needed to meet business demands
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year inventory control experience, preferably in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical or medical device industries
- High school diploma or GED
