Talent Sourcer

ATR International is hiring a Talent Sourcer for a major client!

Details: Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the Sourcer leverages market research, sourcing strategies, networking, and talent intelligence to identify exceptional candidates while helping strengthen the company's employer brand.

• Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Conduct market mapping and identify talent within targeted industries, companies, and geographic regions.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2 years of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with ADP Recruiting or Workday
• Experience with university recruiting, military recruiting, or internship programs.

Location: Houston, TX | Onsite

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $38.00

Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
