Material Handler:
Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, parts, and inventory to support production operations. This role involves inventory control, kitting production orders, verifying incoming materials, documenting shortages, and coordinating with internal teams such as Production, Quality, and Engineering, as well as external suppliers and carriers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials against documentation.
  • Store, issue, and distribute materials, components, and supplies.
  • Prepare production kits and document shortages or inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and activity reports.
  • Ship products and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics.
  • Support production, quality, engineering, suppliers, and transportation partners.
  • Follow ESD, MSL, and raw component handling procedures.
  • Perform material movements and other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of material handling experience.
  • Experience with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and kitting.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of ESD-sensitive materials and component handling.

Forklift experience preferred, especially Stand-Up Reach Forklift.

Warehouse Lead:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support warehouse and logistics operations within a fast-paced Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. This role will assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse activities, driving process improvements, monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Monitor department KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist with employee training, coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures.
  • Support Quality Management Systems and ISO-compliant processes.
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs officials, and external partners.
  • Assist material handlers with daily warehouse activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational records.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of warehouse and logistics experience within an EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) environment.
  • 3 years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements.
  • Knowledge of import/export compliance and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement programs preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred, especially Stand-Up Reach Forklift.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work overtime and participate in occasional off-hour meetings with global teams as needed.
