Administration Assistant

ATR International is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a major client!

Job Description: Equipment orders through Workstore internal equipment ordering

• Stock equipment, supplies, and distribute orders as needed
• Set up lunches, stock snack area
• Order new hire nameplates and refresh new hire desk areas
• Conference room calendar management
• Possibly taking on one manager calendar (TBD)
• Work side by side other admins for team on-site support

Requirements

• Self-starter, super organized, familiar and comfortable with confidentiality
• 2-3 years’ experience with managing calendars, ordering equipment, new employee set up, event scheduling

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $27.00

Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
