We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and soldering equipment to accurately build electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure correct component placement and connections.
- Perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting of assembly issues through engineering diagrams and schematics, identifying faults in wiring or component placement.
- Verify the integrity of assembled units with testing tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters; document findings accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and quality standards such as IPC 610.
Requirements
- Proven experience with PCB assembly, electrical wiring, soldering, and surface mount technology.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in machining, using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measurement devices.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and blueprints for electrical panel building with confidence.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical components and their integration within manufacturing processes.
- Experience with IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality control.
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues using schematics and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Prior experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.40 per hour
