ATR International is hiring a Global Supply Manager IV for a major client to assist with strategic planning, long term deal structuring and negotiations.
Details: The Global Supply and Sourcing Manager (GSSM) Role is responsible to determine sourcing strategy for equipment, negotiate best total cost of ownership, ensure on time delivery, and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop a nuanced understanding of the commodity landscape to forecast industry trends and gauge emerging competitive forces
- Identify changes in buyer and supplier power and use industry dynamics to client’s advantage
- Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals
- Understand the trade-offs between cost, volume, and quality to strike agreements that meet performance criteria and secure long-term supply continuity
- Optimize supply chain performance through cost and capacity scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Develop an in-depth understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs and market intelligence and apply this knowledge to influence future product roadmap and sourcing decisions
- Provide overall program management support and contribute to ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 7 years of relevant experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain
- BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related / Masters degree or MBA preferred
- Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, or related
- Experience in supplier management and operations
- Ability to identify and solve complex supply chain issues
- End to end ownership of contract negotiations for both commercial and legal aspects a plus
- Direct experience in long-term capacity planning a plus

Hourly Rate: $58.00 - $78.00

Compensation
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
