We are seeking a Maintenance Systems Training & Adoption Specialist to support the global CMMS deployment by delivering high-quality, role-based system training and enabling site adoption. This role plays a critical part in ensuring users can confidently adopt the system and embed standardized maintenance work management processes.
A Day in the Life (Computerized Asset Management System Training)
• System Training Delivery:
Deliver structured system training to manufacturing and non-manufacturing site users, ensuring they can confidently perform day-to-day maintenance activities within the CMMS.
• Role-Based Enablement:
Deliver standardized training aligned to defined maintenance roles and responsibilities, ensuring consistency across sites.
• Training Needs Assessment:
Engage with deployment and site teams to assess training needs and tailor delivery to support site readiness and adoption.
• Process Alignment:
Ensure training reflects approved global work management processes and system configurations, reinforcing standardized ways of working.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with site maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to support understanding of system use and process expectations.
• Adoption & Confidence Building:
Reinforce correct system usage, address common questions, and support users in building confidence in using the system effectively.
• Hypercare Training Support:
Provide refresher and targeted training during hypercare as sites transition into steady-state usage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with PMO, Change Management, and deployment teams to align training delivery with overall deployment timelines and site readiness.
• Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve training materials, delivery methods, and support approaches to strengthen adoption and user experience.
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related discipline
OR equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience delivering software/system training in a professional or enterprise environment
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience developing and delivering role-based training or structured learning programmes
• Ability to translate system functionality into clear, practical guidance for end users
• Experience working in cross-functional, project-driven environments
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% required.
Nice to Have
• Understanding of maintenance work management processes (planning, scheduling, execution, close-out)
• Experience with CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g. eMaint, Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM)
• Experience supporting enterprise system deployments or transformation programmes
• Familiarity with change management principles and user adoption strategies
• Experience supporting hypercare or post go-live environments
• Exposure to data migration concepts or system data structures
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
Salary : $45 - $60
