Location: Newark-DE - Onsite role

Out of state candidates will have to relocate on their own to DE for this role.

Pay Rate- $25/hr W2

Contract Term: 5 months with possible extension.

NOTE: we do not support visa transfers and support sponsorship. This is not C2C or 1099 role.

Responsibilities:

Benefit Payment Services assists retirees with questions regarding their pension payments. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals.

Duties include:

· Receiving inbound calls

· Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile

· Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc.

· Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants

Qualifications

· College degree required

· Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and email.· Highly motivated, self starter who can complete functions with little supervision

· Strong organization/time management skills &ability to prioritize

· Ability to function well in a high volume environment & multi task

· Adapts well to change and is a team player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals

· Must have excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette with customer service focus· Excellent attendance record required

· Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
