Remote Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Guide customers through selecting the correct unit size for their needs.
• Follow up on emails and reservations within 15 minutes.
• Provide amazing customer service and take the initiative—essentially, be a grown-up
• Log customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate departments.
• Provide clear information to both potential and existing customers.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve your performance.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and response times.
• Handle high call volumes efficiently during peak times.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• We operate between 8am - 8pm National Time 7 days a week
• Full-time role Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm , or 10am to 7pm
• Remote position—work from home with no commute

• Self-motivated and independent—you manage your time effectively and complete tasks without supervision.
• Fast and stable internet connection for seamless communication.
• A dedicated, quiet workspace to maintain professionalism in calls.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:The essential functions of this position require an employee to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to frequently use their hands or fingers to operate equipment and handle tools. You must be able to sit, stand, walk, and reach for extended periods, and occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds.

Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment is generally moderate in noise level, but this can vary with the worksite and operational needs.
