Part-Time Site Coordinator (Independent Contractor – Munford, TN)
Pay: $16-$20 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, about 10-15 hours per week

About the Role
We're a growing self-storage company looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help keep our property running smoothly. If you're the type of person who takes pride in a job well done, likes working independently, and wants a flexible side income — this could be a great fit for you.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role — meaning you set your own schedule (within business needs), you bring your own truck and basic tools, and you're responsible for your own taxes. In return, you'll have the freedom to work without micromanagement and the satisfaction of keeping the property in top shape for the community.
What You'll Do
- Keep the property clean, safe, and looking good (weed control, trash pickup, sweeping, general upkeep).
- Cut locks and secure units when needed (we'll show you how).
- Clean out abandoned units and take items to the dump.
- Do light repairs and maintenance — nothing heavy duty.
- Check the property weekly to make sure everything looks right.
- Coordinate with vendors (lawn care, pest control, etc.) when service is needed.
- Help prepare items for auction when required.
What You'll Need
- A truck or reliable vehicle that can handle light hauling.
- Basic tools (grinder, drill, etc.) and comfort using them.
- Dependability — you finish what you start, and you don't need someone watching over your shoulder.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and handle physical work (lifting up to ~30 lbs).
