Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting investor communications, managing data and reporting, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance our investor engagement and transparency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Investor Relations team with a variety of key tasks including but not limited to, presentation creation, data analysis, meeting preparation, relationship management, and investor targeting efforts
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials including quarterly reports, presentations, and fund updates
- Create and manage investor databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events
- Track and respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance) to gather data and insights for investor communications
- Monitor market trends and help drive competitor intelligence efforts to inform investor messaging and strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
- Assist with management of ATLAS SP’s public and private websites, ensure information is updated and accurate
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- 4–8 years of professional experience (Investment Banking or experience in debt capital markets with financial institutions focus, or corporate investor relations strongly preferred).
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced attention to detail, comfort with complexity and nuance
- Team player, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high energy level and superior work ethic
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools (e.g., Ipreo, Deal Cloud) and market data sources (e.g. Bloomberg)
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
