We are seeking a driven Finance Vice President – Firm Equity & Ownership Reporting to join a high-performing finance team at a leading asset management firm ($75B AUM) focused on financial excellence and strategic growth.

You will support the CFO and executive leadership by delivering data-driven insights that inform key decisions across compensation, hiring, and firm-wide strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include ownership of internal investor reporting, support for annual processes, and handling ad hoc analysis requiring cross-functional coordination. Strong Excel and reporting capabilities are essential to improve efficiency and enhance reporting infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and confident communicating complex financial information to senior stakeholders. Excellent project management and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
Investor Relations & Reporting
- Lead the investor reporting process, including financial results, capital statements, cash flow projections, distribution notices, and vesting schedules for 250 internal investors
- Develop customized analyses for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Present financial results and multi-year forecasts to executives
GP & Management Accounting
- Interpret partnership and GP agreements to determine allocation and reporting requirements
- Prepare and review quarterly book and tax waterfall allocations for General Partners and Management Companies
- Manage end-to-end GP/Management Company distribution processes
Technology & Process Improvement
- Improve reporting efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and leveraging tools such as Anaplan and Power BI
- Support automation initiatives, including document review and workflow enhancements
Salary : $175,000 - $230,000
