Responsibilities:
- Served as a technical Business Systems Analyst supporting derivatives trading and post-trade platforms, bridging business stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams to deliver scalable fintech solutions.
- Gathered and translated complex derivatives workflows into business requirements, user stories, process maps, data mappings, interface specifications, and system enhancements.
- Supported front-to-back trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, valuation, settlements, collateral, reconciliations, reporting, APIs, market data, and system integrations.
- Assisted with product and delivery management by prioritizing enhancements, managing roadmaps, coordinating testing/UAT, tracking risks and dependencies, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong background in business systems analysis within fintech or financial services, with expertise in derivatives products, trade lifecycle workflows, and post-trade operations.
- Experienced in documenting system requirements, functional specifications, data mappings, integrations, and working with SQL, APIs, relational databases, and financial messaging standards such as FIX, FpML, XML, and JSON.
- Skilled in Agile and SDLC delivery environments, supporting roadmap planning, feature prioritization, testing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination between business and technical teams.
- Combines analytical and technical problem-solving skills with a product-focused mindset to deliver scalable, reliable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, controls, and system performance.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
