A growing national advisory firm is seeking experienced professionals to join its Financial Due Diligence (FDD) / Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions for private equity investors, middle-market companies, and high-growth businesses across a variety of industries. The position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and want exposure to both buy-side and sell-side engagements, with a strong focus on private equity transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support financial due diligence engagements on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Analyze target company financials to assess quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, and key business drivers
- Identify historical and projected financial and operational trends, including potential risks and liabilities that may impact valuation
- Assist with transaction-related services such as IPO readiness, carve-outs, restructuring, and business combinations
- Develop and present detailed transaction advisory reports, including insights on normalized earnings, valuation assumptions, and financial performance
- Support post-close integration activities and operational improvement initiatives across platform and add-on acquisitions
- Collaborate with clients, senior executives, and cross-functional teams throughout the deal lifecycle
- Evaluate market trends (economic, technological, and industry-specific) to identify value creation opportunities
Preferred Background
- Experience advising private equity clients rather than corporate development teams
- Exposure to complex transactions, including carve-outs, integrations, and restructuring initiatives
Salary : $135,000 - $300,000
