A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join its dynamic tax team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing tax compliance across complex investment fund structures while contributing to strategic tax planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the tax compliance process for hedge funds, private equity funds, and other investment vehicles
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on tax return preparation, including Schedule K-1s and related filings
- Review and analyze tax adjustments, allocations, and investor reporting deliverables
- Support tax structuring initiatives for domestic and international fund entities
- Conduct research on complex technical tax issues and document conclusions
- Partner with internal teams to provide guidance on tax implications of transactions and operations
- Drive tax-related projects and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the tax function
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant tax experience, preferably within a large public accounting firm and/or investment management environment
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of partnership taxation and complex book-to-tax differences
- Experience with hedge fund and private equity fund structures, including allocation methodologies
- Proven experience reviewing tax returns, Schedule K-1s, and related filings
- Familiarity with international tax concepts (e.g., PFIC, CFC, withholding tax regimes, foreign filings)
- Ability to research and analyze tax considerations for both domestic and cross-border transactions
