Responsibilities
Quality Engineering Leadership: Own and evolve the end-to-end QA function, embedding quality across the SDLC and driving measurable improvements in system reliability, release confidence, and engineering rigor.
Team Leadership & Standards: Lead and mentor a mixed team of QA engineers, establishing scalable standards for test strategy, execution, and maintenance while fostering a culture of comprehensive testing (happy path, edge cases, and failure scenarios).
Automation & Systems Testing: Build and scale automation frameworks across API, backend, UI, and event-driven systems; drive robust regression strategies and system-level testing, including resilience and fault injection in cloud-native (AWS) environments.
Requirements
Metrics, Execution & Qualifications: Use data-driven metrics to track quality performance and guide decisions; requires 10–12 years in QA with strong automation expertise, coding proficiency (Java/Python/JS), and experience operating in Agile/DevOps environments, ideally within fintech or high-scale platforms.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
