This firm works on high-profile cases across a broad span of industries which includes handling many recent high-profile acquisitions for clientele like Twitter, Microsoft(Open AI and Blizzard), Berkshire Hathaway, New York Mets, and Blackstone.
The ServiceNow Solution Architect provides technical leadership for the architecture, development, integration, and ongoing operation of the ServiceNow platform in a highly regulated enterprise environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, security, infrastructure, and support teams to design scalable solutions that automate workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security policies, and governance requirements.
- Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow modules and capabilities (e.g., ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/SecOps), including custom apps, workflows, and automation.
- Architect and implement secure integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, MID Server, and integration tooling.
- Establish platform best practices for configuration management, change/release processes, and operational controls across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Monitor platform performance and availability, drive capacity planning, and provide escalation support for critical services in a 24/7 environment.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience; ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS/CAD or similar) strongly preferred.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, GlideRecord) and experience with custom applications.
- Proven integration expertise with enterprise identity, endpoint, and operational tooling using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Strong understanding of hybrid enterprise environments (networking fundamentals, security controls, cloud on-prem operations).
- Ability to lead complex cross-team implementations and clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
