Recruiting Operations & Project Management Lead
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic Recruiting Operations & Project Management Lead to join our global Recruiting team. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior Human Capital leaders to drive operational excellence across the recruiting lifecycle, with a strong focus on campus recruiting and high-impact hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting operations and project management initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders across Recruiting and Human Capital.
- Design, document, and optimize scalable recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Own and deliver complex recruiting programs, including campus recruiting, sponsorship strategy, interviewer training, and referral initiatives.
- Oversee recruiting systems and tools (ATS, CRM, scheduling platforms), ensuring strong adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze recruiting data, produce actionable reporting, and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The annual base salary range is $150k to $250k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
