Legal Recruiting Assistant (Entry Level)Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Type: 5-Month Contract (December – April)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.We’re working with a top international law firm that’s hiring an entry-level Legal Recruiting Assistant to support their attorney recruiting team during the busy 2L hiring season. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR, or legal recruiting at a prestigious global organization.About the RoleThe Recruiting Assistant will help coordinate interview logistics, manage candidate materials, and support various aspects of the firm’s law school recruiting program. You’ll work closely with the recruiting team, attorneys, and candidates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — gaining valuable exposure to how large-scale recruiting operates at an elite firm.Responsibilities:Prepare for the 2L recruiting season by gathering law school and candidate materials.Organize attorney interview packets, including resumes, evaluation forms, and school statistics.Schedule callback interviews and manage updates, cancellations, and changes.Track candidate feedback and maintain data in applicant tracking systems (viRecruit and Flo Recruit).Prepare reports, summaries, and materials for Hiring Committee meetings.Support lateral recruiting initiatives and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; ideal for recent grads interested in recruiting, HR, or legal operations.Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A professional, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.Why Apply?This is a fantastic entry point into the world of legal recruiting and professional services HR — ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in talent acquisition or law firm administration.Company DescriptionAtlas Search is an executive recruiting firm dedicated to placing accounting, finance, middle office, information technology, human resources, and office / accounting support professionals.
