Title: Private Credit Operations Associate – Valuations & Pricing Focus

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Private Credit Operations Associate to join its Private Debt & Credit Alternatives platform. This role sits at the intersection of operations, valuation, and performance, offering direct exposure to complex private credit and structured finance investments.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with middle office experience looking to deepen expertise in fair value pricing, valuation governance, and performance analytics within a sophisticated alternatives platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Valuation, Pricing & Performance (Core Focus):
- Support the end-to-end fair value pricing process across private credit investments
- Coordinate valuation inputs, review supporting models and assumptions, and track approvals
- Ensure accurate pricing outputs are reflected across internal systems and reporting platforms
- Review performance data, fund-level returns, and investor reporting outputs prior to distribution
- Partner with investment teams and third parties to validate pricing methodologies and valuation frameworks
Investment & Operational Support:
- Assist in the execution of private credit transactions, including funding mechanics and settlement coordination
- Manage counterparty due diligence, KYC, and subscription documentation
- Oversee service providers and ensure adherence to SLAs and control standards
- Support loan lifecycle events, including income bookings and capital returns
Data, Controls & Reporting:
- Maintain high-quality data across systems to support valuation accuracy and reporting integrity
- Produce regular and ad hoc reporting tied to pricing, performance, and control oversight
- Coordinate benchmark setup and reference data to support analytics
Risk & Process Improvement:
- Strengthen valuation controls and governance frameworks to mitigate operational risk
- Identify and implement process improvements across pricing and middle office workflows
- Partner with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in middle office, valuation, or operations within asset management or credit platforms
- Strong understanding of fair value pricing, valuation methodologies, and performance reporting
- Experience supporting private credit, structured products, or asset-backed finance strategies preferred
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex workflows and data sets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with investment, legal, and operations teams
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
