What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Consultant position at Atlas Search?
We are partnering with a financial services firm that is looking for a payroll consultant to join their team. This role can either it in Greenwich, CT OR NYC.
This role requires:
- 7 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role managing multi-state payroll. Global experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field of study
- Skilled in Dayforce
- Reconcile all changes that affect pay which include salary adjustments, location changes, leaves, and returns, bonuses and commissions, deductions, and one-time payments such as referral awards, relocation stipends, and severance payments.
- Handle some tasks related to international payroll (but will not process themselves)
- Review and finalize timesheets for a small population of US non-exempt employees.
