Position: Investor Services Senior Associate
Overview
This role will be responsible for managing investor communications and servicing activities across a range of private market funds. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with prior experience in fund operations or investor services, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Manage a centralized investor services inbox and oversee day-to-day communication workflows
- Coordinate the distribution and posting of investor communications and documents via the investor portal, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Maintain and update investor data within CRM and portal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support capital activity processes, including capital calls, distributions, and related transactions
- Ensure all investor-related communications and data align with internal policies and procedures
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including fund accounting, treasury, and reporting to deliver a seamless investor experience
- Assist with onboarding new investors and enhancing investor servicing processes
- Support the completion and delivery of investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fund accounting, investor services, or financial operations
- Prior exposure to private equity or alternative investments preferred
- Experience working with CRM and investor portal systems (e.g., Salesforce, eFront or similar platforms)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented mindset with an interest in continuous improvement
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
