Technology Support Specialist (Charlotte, NC | Onsite)
Excited to be partnering with a top-tier law firm as they continue to grow their presence in Charlotte. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and have a direct impact on building out IT support in a new office.
This role will start part-time (25–30 hours/week) and scale to full-time as the office expands. It’s a 3–6 month contract-to-perm opportunity with strong long-term potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide hands-on technical support to lawyers, management, and staff
- Configure and deploy hardware including workstations, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and networking issues
- Support both in-office and non-standard home setups
- Track issues, document resolutions, and communicate progress clearly
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
What they’re looking for:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of users
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in tracking and reporting work
Additional details:
- Reporting into the Director of Tech Support (NYC-based)
- Close collaboration with the Charlotte Office Manager (great team and culture)
- One week of training in NYC required
