Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager | Dallas Hybrid
A large, highly respected private markets platform is hiring a Fund Accounting Manager to join its growing Dallas team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone coming out of public accounting, another fund admin, or an in-house fund accounting team who wants broader exposure across complex private equity and alternative investment structures. The team works across PE, credit, real estate, infrastructure, co-invests, SPVs, blockers, hybrid funds, and more.
The role offers exposure to the full fund lifecycle including:
• Capital calls and distributions
• Waterfalls and allocations
• Investor reporting and financial statements
• Complex fund structures and transactions
• LPAs and governing documents
• Team leadership and client interaction
The platform is known for sophisticated clients, strong infrastructure, and the ability to gain exposure across multiple fund managers and strategies. Good opportunity for someone looking to continue building technical private equity accounting experience while taking on more ownership and leadership responsibilities.
Ideal background:
• 3 years of private equity fund accounting or audit experience
• Strong ASC 946 knowledge
• Experience with waterfalls, allocations, and complex fund structures
• CPA preferred
Hybrid schedule based in Dallas.
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
