Global Investment Firm | Fund Accounting Associate | Hybrid Miami
A leading global investment manager is looking to add a Fund Accounting Associate to its growing finance team, supporting continued expansion across multiple investment strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review daily and monthly fund NAVs (estimates and finals)
- Prepare and review capital calls and distribution allocations
- Track investment cost and monitor fair value of portfolio investments
- Support quarterly NAV and portfolio reconciliation processes, including investigating discrepancies
- Calculate management fees, waterfalls, IRR, and other fund metrics
- Assist with fund forecasts, performance analysis, and ad hoc projects
- Review investor reporting and internal financial reporting
- Partner with external auditors during year-end audits
- Oversee and review work completed by offshore teams
What they’re looking for:
- 3 years of experience in fund accounting, audit, or fund administration
- Background in private equity, hedge funds, or public accounting preferred
- Understanding of investment fund structures and reporting
- CPA is a plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
