The team supports a diverse group of professionals in a fast-paced, high-performance setting where IT reliability and responsiveness are critical to daily operations.About the RoleThe Desktop Support Analyst will provide day-to-day technical assistance for end users across the office, resolving hardware and software issues, managing tickets, and maintaining smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting a professional services or financial environment.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for onsite and remote employees.Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.Support Office 365, VPN, printers, and peripheral devices.Manage Active Directory user accounts and group permissions.Log and resolve tickets using ServiceNow (or a similar ticketing system).Maintain hardware inventory and assist with device imaging and deployment.Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or infrastructure teams as needed.Qualifications:5 years of hands-on desktop support experience in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365.Experience with Active Directory, remote troubleshooting tools, and network connectivity support.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Company DescriptionAtlas Search is an executive recruiting firm dedicated to placing accounting, finance, middle office, information technology, human resources, and office / accounting support professionals.
