What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Associate position at Atlas Search?
A well-established, independently owned investment manager with over $9B in AUM is looking to add a Compliance Associate to its Legal & Compliance team in Midtown Manhattan.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in breaking into investment management compliance. Prior investment compliance experience is not required — just a strong foundation in finance, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the field.
What you’ll do:
• Support day-to-day compliance and legal operations
• Handle a range of administrative responsibilities that underpin core compliance functions
• Gain exposure to investment adviser regulatory frameworks
• Build a foundation for long-term growth toward senior roles (including CCO track)
Who we’re looking for:
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and ownership of work product
• Interest in financial markets and regulation
• Background in compliance, paralegal, or accounting is a plus
• Familiarity with public company regulations is highly valued

Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
