Pay Rate: $220-$240/hour (All-Inclusive)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 4x10 Hour Shifts Per Week | Approximately 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Call
About the Opportunity
A hospital in Sumter, SC is seeking CRNAs for locum tenens assignments. This is a general anesthesia role with a consistent weekday schedule and no call requirements. Providers will care for both pediatric and adult patients, with an average daily volume of approximately 15-30 patients. Cases do not include cardiac, neuro, or OB.
The ideal provider has strong general anesthesia experience, is comfortable caring for pediatric patients, and can deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care in a busy surgical setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients
- Complete pre-anesthesia assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
- Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and procedural cases
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and the anesthesia care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
- Follow clinical, safety, and compliance standards
Case Mix
General anesthesia cases for pediatric and adult patients. Cases do not include cardiac, neuro, or OB.
Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) required
- Active South Carolina CRNA license required (IMLC not accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Comfortable with pediatric anesthesia
- Clean professional background required
- Flu, MMR, and Varicella vaccinations required (waivers accepted)
- Provider must live 60 miles from the facility
- Epic EMR experience
Schedule Details
- Monday-Friday, 4x10-hour shifts per week
- Approximately 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No call
- Pay is all-inclusive, with no separate travel reimbursement
